GradIntent is a growing education startup. Our internship program lets students work on real projects that help us grow, across social media, content, technology, business and research. It's a mentored learning program with a program fee, guided directly by our founder.
Built for self-starters. GradIntent sets the business goal. You figure out how to reach it: researching, learning new skills and building the solution yourself, with guidance along the way.
You'll work directly with Tabish, GradIntent's founder. He is a graduate of Ivy League Dartmouth College and the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in the USA, and has worked at Fortune 500 and leading global companies in India and the USA.

This is a learning program, so students pay a program fee. Interns are not paid. The fee covers mentorship, structured feedback, your portfolio project, your final report and certification. It depends on the length and time commitment of your plan, and we share it once you're selected.
Yes. All meetings, feedback and work with GradIntent happen online, with no office visits. Some projects may include offline tasks you arrange yourself, like talking to teachers or classmates for research.
1. Read the role and apply, or pitch your own.

GradIntent sets the goals and reviews progress every week, but we don't give step-by-step instructions. Students research, learn the skills they need, and decide how to approach the work themselves. This is how real jobs work, and it's where the real learning happens. Our founder guides, gives feedback and helps when a student is stuck, but doesn't do the work for them.
Yes. If your school needs a minimum number of hours, a report or a certificate, tell us in your application and we'll plan around it.
Your published work, a final report on what you did and achieved, a certificate of completion, and a recommendation letter from our founder on request.
Only with parental consent. Students can choose to work behind the scenes, and their work is credited in their portfolio either way.
Yes. Students in Intent Path or institutional programs like Career Labs and Intent Sessions get priority consideration for interviews.
