GradIntent ("we," "our," or "us") provides mentor-led education and career guidance for students, parents, and institutional partners. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you interact with our website or programs, why we collect it, and how we protect it. Because many of the students we work with are minors, we've written this to be straightforward — no unnecessary legal density.

We collect information only when you choose to share it with us — through the following channels:

• Contact form (on our homepage): your name, email address, whether you're a student, parent, or institution, and the message you send us.
• Discovery Call bookings: when you schedule a call through our booking form, we collect your name, contact details, and any context you provide about your goals.
• WhatsApp and email: if you message us directly, we retain that conversation to respond to you and maintain a record of our discussions.
• Program enrollment: if you or your institution enrolls in Intent Path, Career Labs, Intent Sessions, or Future Ready Academy, we collect the information needed to deliver the program — which may include academic background, goals, and progress notes shared during mentorship.

We do not collect payment card details on our website — pricing and payment arrangements are handled directly, off-site, once a program is confirmed.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule Discovery Calls
• To deliver mentorship sessions, Career Labs, Intent Sessions, and other programs
• To personally connect parents through Parent Connect, where relevant
• To maintain records of our work with students and partner institutions
• To improve our programs based on how they're actually used

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any reason.

3. Who We Share Information With

We use a small number of trusted third-party tools to run our website and booking process, including form and scheduling services (such as Tally) and WhatsApp Business. These providers process information only to the extent needed to deliver that specific function — for example, storing your Discovery Call booking details. We don't share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

If you're enrolled through a partner institution, we may share relevant progress information with that institution's staff, where it's directly relevant to the program being delivered.

4. Students Under 18

Many of the students we work with are minors. We encourage parents and guardians to be involved in the inquiry and enrollment process, and we're glad to answer any questions a parent has about what information is collected about their child and how it's used. If you're a parent and want to review, correct, or request deletion of your child's information, contact us using the details below — we'll respond directly to you.

5. Cookies & Analytics

Our website may use standard analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site — for example, which pages are viewed and how people navigate between them. This data is aggregated and anonymized; it does not identify you personally. You can disable cookies through your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to use the site.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain personal information for as long as it's relevant to our relationship with you — for example, for the duration of a program plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. If you contact us but never enroll, we retain your inquiry only as long as needed to respond, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
